1 User Eligibility

To use the gowin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. gowin takes this seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Legal Resident: You must be a Malaysian citizen or a legally recognised permanent resident in Malaysia with a verifiable address.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Gowin account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Non-Gowin Employees: Gowin employees, immediate family members, and business partners are not permitted to register as players.

2 Registration & Account Management

When registering a gowin account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Password: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including Gowin staff. Gowin will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Gowin support immediately.
• Latest Information: You are required to keep your personal information up to date should any changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address used for verification.
• Voluntary Closure: You may close your Gowin account at any time by contacting customer support. All valid remaining balances will be returned within 3 working days.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Gowin only accepts payments via legitimate and traceable methods. All deposit transactions are subject to the following policy:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4 Fund Withdrawal
